Background
Was once undercover in the organization under the codename Rye, and fell in love with Miyano Akemi. His cover broke because of agent Camel's mistake. At Raiha Pass he staged his own death using Kusuda Rikumichi's body and a hat rigged to spray fake blood. The boss calls him the silver bullet that could destroy the organization.
